Pecking Order

… is a two-player arcade game where each player plays as a pious messenger pigeon eager to deliver the Pigeon God’s message. The players compete by pecking at the light shed by the Pigeon God, and whoever can peck harder wins the round.

Contribution

Pecking Order started during the 2018 Global Game Jam at the Carnegie Mellon site. I led the brainstorming session and co-designed the core mechanics and game loop with the rest of the team before we split up the production work and I produced all the sound effects and music.
